Last weekend it was FINALLY cool enough to explore the greenbelt behind our house. We had to tromp through tall grass before we hit the actual trail. Boogs had a blast! We found an old treehouse just off the trail. Boogs practiced his tree climbing skills on it. I was nervous while he was up in the tree. His Daddy kept encouraging him to climb higher. I was so happy when he was back on solid ground. Boogs fell in love with the treehouse and asked if we could play in it everyday. I can see an emergency room visit in our future. The hiking trail went a pretty good distance. It passed by a park that we played at for about 20 minutes. It was a lot of fun exploring our new neighborhood in only 99 degree weather.
